- Bait & Lures: Selecting the right presentation for the conditions.
- Casting: How to cast effectively to maximize your drift.
- Technique: Basic drifting principles and knowing when to set the hook (“Hook sets are free!”).
- Fish Safety: Basic Steelhead handling to ensure the fish is released unharmed.
- Etiquette: Understanding fishing etiquette on the riverbank.
