The Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course course is required for anyone aged 18 & older interested in upgrading a firearms license (PAL) to include restricted firearms.
Course length: Every Friday from 6pm – 11pm (5 hours)
Cost: $120.00 includes test fees and GST.
Location: #212 – 17655 57 Ave, Cloverdale, B.C
Course covers:
- Major parts, types and actions;
- Basic safety practices;
- Ammunition;
- Operating restricted firearm actions;
- Safe handling and carry procedures;
- Firing techniques and procedures;
- Responsibilities of the firearms owner/user; and
- Safe storage, transportation and handling of restricted firearms.
Pre-requisite: Must have taken the Non-restricted firearms safety training course. CFSC
